For the best experience when using Zoom video software, we recommend you quit other programs running on your computer.

After you join the meeting, you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room where you will be admitted as we recognize your name.

Questions can be submitted by chat during the event.

Everyone will be muted and their video turned off once the event begins.

Attendees not behaving respectfully during the Zoom event will be permanently removed from the event.
